Open the app's Configuration (F5), select the Context Menu tab, and turn on the toggle switch for the PSD thumbnail preview as shown in the screenshot below.
If you still cannot preview the thumbnails of your PSD files, please send them to us and it will help us diagnose what has gone wrong.
