Honored Bandisdoft Support Team,
Thanks for my BandiView Professional license information.
After having succesfully installed and activated the app (by using BANDIVIEW-SETUP-X64.exe) on my desktop pc (W10Pro64-bit), its user interface seems to have an issue at startup.
The issue is that it shows a transparent main window every time the app is started either with or without opening a file. And when I resize the window it turns fully black right away. Apart from this issue the app's right-click menu is working just fine, but when opening a file it is does not show up in the window (please see the relevant two attached screenshot files). Via the right-click menu I've walked through the Configuration settings and didn't find anything related to transparency view or the likes, but I could also have overlooked it. My Windows system 'Tranparency effects' setting is set to disabled / turned off (please see the relevant attached screenshot file). I've also re-installed the BandiView app (several times) to see if it would solve the issue but it didn't. Maybe it's a simple solution but for now I have no other clue.
Please have a look into this issue and let me know your findings.
