Based on the screenshot you have attached here, Bandizip appears to work correctly and such an issue as what you are experiencing now has never been reported. At this point, it is likely that another app that modifies file associations is interfering with Bandizip's normal function. Given the information currently available, unfortunately, it is difficult for us to provide you with further assistance. Sorry for your inconvenience.
