단축키 사용자 지정에서 파일이름 변경 추가 건의

단축키 사용자 지정에서 현재 보고있는 사진의 파일 이름을 변경할 수 있는

커멘더를 추가하면 좋을것 같습니다.

타사 뷰어 프로그램에서 잘 사용하던 기능이었는데 반디뷰에 없어서 건의해 봅니다.

반디뷰는 현재 이미지 파일 이름 변경 기능을 제공하고 있지 않습니다만, 

곧 추가를 하도록 하겠으며, 기능 추가 후 단축키 설정도 가능하도록 하겠습니다.

단축키 설정도 가능합니다. (CMD_RENAME)
