안녕하세요. 반디소프트입니다.


혹시 문제가 설치 프로그램이 실행이 안되는 증상이신지요?

설치 프로그램에 문제가 있을 경우, 시스템을 재부팅 하거나, 설치 파일을 다시 다운로드 받아 보시고, 

문제가 해결되지 않을 경우

해당 오류 화면을 캡처해서 올려주시면 좀 더 정확한 원인 파악이 가능할 듯 합니다.

구버전 지워도 이렇네요

혹시 몰라서 C++ 다 재설치하고 보안 다 꺼도 이럽니다...

아예 윈도 복구를 하니 이젠 오류가 아니고 더블클릭 이후 반응이 없네요...

- OS: Windows 11 x64 (인플레이스 업그레이드 완료)
- CPU: Intel i9-13900
- Issue: BANDIVIEW-SETUP-X64.EXE crashes immediately
- Exit code: 3221225477 (0xC0000005)
- Same installer works on other PCs
- winget install reproduces the same error

구버전, 예를들어 7.1은 정상적으로 설치파일이 작동함을 추가로 알려드립니다.

몇가지 체크해보니, 7.2 버전부터 동일 증상이 일어납니다. 그 이하 버전은 모두 정상적으로 설치됩니다.

파워셸 winget 명령어로도 안되고...

꽤 오랜기간 반디소프트 프로그램 사용해왔는데 좀 짜증이 나네요. 컴 관리를 대충 하는 것도 아닌데 -.-;

하다 못해서 윈도 인플레이스 업그레이드까지 했는데도 안되니...

여기 게시판을 보시면 아시겠지만, 설치 파일에서 오류가 발생하는 경우는 매우 드물기 때문에 조금 더 오류에 대한 정보를 알려주셔야 

문제 확인 및 해결이 가능합니다.


다음 내용을 메일로 보내주시면 좀 더 정확한 오류 확인이 가능하오니 문제 해결에 도움을 부탁드립니다.


1) https://www.bandisoft.com/bandiview/beta/ 에서 베타 버전으로 설치를 해 보시고

2) 역시 동일한 오류가 발생한 경우, https://www.bandisoft.com/kb/dump/ 를 참고하여서

.dmp 파일을 만든 다음

3) 해당 파일을 ap...@bandisoft.com 으로 보내주시면 됩니다.
