클립 clip 파일을 jpg로 변환 오류

안녕하세요. 
cilp 파일로 보기는 잘 되는데 이미지 변환하면 특정레이어가 출력이 안되는 오류 걸립니다. (파일 호환성 저장 체크는 다해뒀습니다.)   
해당 오류가 고쳐지진 않을까요?

clip 포맷이 clip studio 버전에 따라 조금씩 다른 문제가 있어 이런 문제가 종종 발생하고 있습니다.

1) 문제가 되는 파일에서, 다른 레이어는 삭제하고, 문제가 되는 레이어만을 남긴 채 해당 파일을 메일로 ( ap...@bandisoft.com ) 보내주시면 내용을 확인해 보겠습니다.

2) 현재 사용하고 계시는 클립스튜디오의 정확한 버전도 알려주셨으면 합니다.
