Hi everyone,

Great to see those who could come to our Job Developer meetup on Friday. Here are the notes and here is the recording.

In our meeting people got a chance to catch up with each other and compare notes in this challenging start to the year.  I also gave a quick overview of behavior insights/ economics and we talked about the small changes that can be made in programs that can have big impacts (for e.g. creating opt-out vs opt-in, reducing friction costs of forms ......).

For anyone who wants to talk more about behavioral insights and program design please let me know. This is an exciting area that does not require new resources and  make a big difference for our students. I was also just asked to do a professional development session for one group on this, and I can easily and happily do others if your organization is interested.

CCCAOE is coming up Sept 29 - Oct 1 in Rancho Mirage. Two years ago at CCCAOE, we kicked off our learning community with a great networking event that was a luau - we'd like to do luau again (outdoors this time). Please let me know if you're coming and I'll share more info on our get-together.
