I have a question I wanted to put to the group:
AB 30 says: "For career technical education pathways to be provided under the partnership, consult with, and consider the input of, the appropriate local workforce development board to determine the extent to which the pathways are aligned with regional and statewide employment needs. The governing board of each district shall have final decision making authority regarding the career technical education pathways to be provided under the partnership."
How are you putting this to practice on your sites?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
It is not beyond our power to create a world in which all children have access to a good education. In my travels all over the world, I have come to realize that what distinguishes one child from another is not ability, but access. Access to education, access to opportunity, access to love. -- Nelson Mandela
