I wanted to share this report with you: 

The State of Higher Education for Black Californians

It gives a good overview of the gaps in education that our Black students face in California. Dual enrollment is not mentioned, but could absolutely be included in the section on recommendations for community colleges and high schools. 

I think it could be used to provide clear context for support of dual enrollment programs. Enjoy!
