[BACCC Dual Enrollment Exchange] CCAP & MCEC Grant Budget Worksheet CORRECTION

  Hi All, 

A correction is needed on the grant budget worksheets. If you have already started your budget, I have provided you with easy instructions to correct the calculation. If you have not started your budget, please use the corrected files I have attached. The links on the website will be updated shortly, as well. The following instructions are also included in the Q&A document. 

Q. My budget summary page is not calculating correctly. What should I do? 

1. Both grants budget worksheets were affected by an error. The budget worksheets are being corrected and will be uploaded. If you would like to correct this error on the existing sheet: 

1. Navigate to the ‘3. Budget Summary’ tab. 

2. On the Review section of the ribbon, select Unprotect Sheet: 

3. The calculation is incorrect in Year 3 Budget Total Direct Costs (E14) and  Year 4 Budget Total Direct Costs (F14). To correct the error, copy the formula from  Year 2 Budget Total Direct Costs  across. The correct formula is =SUM(E8:E13)
