Hi eveyrone,

A reminder if you didn't see this that CCCAOE is also having a virtual conference starting next week (in addition to the in-person conference last week), please see info below and registration is still available.

Looks like some great sessions, including by some of the folks that are part of our group - I see that LaShonda Kennedy and Miloni Gandhi are leading sessions. Also, doing a session is Eric Fan of Squarage who led a popular session at the in-person session and I've asked to come and talk at an upcoming meeting of our job developer group.

We apologize in advance if you receive more than one copy of this important newsletter, as you may be on several contact lists. It's the final COUNTDOWN! Fall 2021 Virtual Conference starts in just one week! Attendify is now available for Virtual! Remember, there is still time to  Register for the Virtual Conference  which begins on October 11 with an Early Bird Session and continues until October 21. *See the Registration link at the bottom of this newsletter. To our Attendees and Presenters, this email will provide a step-by-step on how to log in to Attendify to access the platform.   All Presenters and Attendees need to log in. This will give you an opportunity to review your profile and add/change your picture and any other details you want to share within the platform. Presenters, important information you will need to ensure your session runs smoothly and you have what you need to present is below the schedule-at-a-glance. Attendee and Presenter Login Instructions CCCAOE's Fall 2021 Conference It is important you log-in prior to MONDAY, October 11 to ensure your email address is accurate.  If you have any issues logging in, please email regist...@cccaoe.org. Your email and the unique Attendify Conference link will be your keys to the CCCAOE Conference Platform. Prior to Kickoff, Monday, October 11 at 9 AM  Log in to Attendify to verify your email address is correct. You will use your email to access the Attendify platform from your desktop or cell phone. It will look slightly different on each device.    A special reminder: Your ATTENDEE'S email address in the registration system gives you access to the Event through Attendify. Each Conference has a new web link, so any previous bookmarks you have saved in your browser will not get you to the Fall 2021 Conference.  Use this LINK https://ve.attendify.com/index/jv1w5f/s_jv1w5f/ It will ask you for your email - use the one you used to register. If you have attended a previous conference, it will remember you. Use the same password you have used in the past. If you don't remember, please select "Forgot Password". If this is your first Attendify event, it will ask you to create a password. Desktop Sign-In View - enter the email you registered with then enter your password. Mobile Sign-in View Presentation Day: Log in to Attendify Click on SCHEDULE - this will take you to a calendar view of all sessions throughout the conference. Sessions - Click on the session you want to attend. If this is a recorded session, you will click the Video link and be transported to the session or a pre-recorded video.  Activity Stream - see updates throughout the day from the production team and attendees sharing. Community - network with your peers, connect with speakers, share your thoughts using the chat option, and send messages to start a dialogue. Take and post pictures. Get Social. Sponsors - connect with sponsors during hosted sessions, while on Stretch and Connect breaks or in the virtual booths in the schedule during the Virtual Conference. Take a look at the amazing tools and resources they have available to promote student success on your campus. Post Presentation: (this is key to the virtual conference)  Access to recorded Keynote and Plenary Session presentations (asynchronous) as well as recordings received by Breakout Session presenters will be made available through the Attendify platform. These will be available to you as soon as possible after the presentation, during the Virtual Conference. Please be patient as we convert the presentations to YouTube or Wistia videos for your viewing.  You will have access to all recordings within Attendify for 11 months after the event. Early Bird Session on Monday, Oct 11 at 9 AM SCHEDULE - AT - A - GLANCE Virtual Schedule-at-a-Glance Updates will be made to this schedule as more content becomes available and an Interactive Program will be available Wednesday. If you are a breakout session presenter, please email your zoom linked to ad...@cccaoe.org as soon as possible. If you have already sent your zoom link, thank you! Please refer to the schedule at a glance and create your zoom link.  The conference platform only takes direct zoom links, so if your using a system within your organization that is different, please know that the link may not load in the platform and we will have to put the link into the session description.  Make sure to create your zoom link WITHOUT a Password.  Click the link below for the full set of instructions that includes other to-do items Presenter Directions and Resources for CCCAOE’s Fall 2021 Virtual Conference Supporting materials for your session - We have the option of providing supporting documents within the Attendify system, so if you want your presentation slides, or other presentation media files and any supporting documents to be tools for your attendees, send them to presen...@cccaoe.org as soon as possible and at least 2 days prior to your presentation. CCCAOE staff will upload your presentation and supporting documents to Attendify. Sharing a resource, video, or white paper creates value by offering something attendees can use to take action.
