Please find attached a notice of proposed rulemaking and text from the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office titled ”Excused Withdrawal & Pass-No Pass Grading.” Comments must be received by the Regulations Coordinator prior to 4:00 p.m. October 24, 2021.
