[BACCC Dual Enrollment Exchange] Logistics for Asynchronous

Hi All, 

If you are a college or a high school working with a college that is using asynchronous modality, I was hoping you could respond to the following: 

1. Are any California Community Colleges currently sharing their enrollment strategies for asynchronous CCAP Dual Enrollment courses?
   
   • If yes, please include any college or district contacts who may be willing to share details.
     
2. How do these colleges manage keeping an asynchronous CCAP course open to the public while ensuring CCAP students can enroll?
   
• Do they use a seat reservation process?
  
• If so, please describe any known strategies, processes, or systems used to reserve or hold seats.

Any help (particularly specifics) is much appreciated!
