Hi everyone,

I realize it is short notice but if you'd like to connect with manufacturing companies and see how the Brazen platform works for career fairs, Mark Martin needs volunteers at 2 pm today for a walk-through before the Advanced Manufacturing Career Fair.

Dear counselors, teachers, et al,

On Wednesday (3/17) from 2-3 pm we’re doing a TEST RUN of the software (Brazen) we’re using for the Bay Area Mfg Job Fair.

Many of the companies will be there to test out their “booths". This TEST RUN is NOT for jobseekers, but rather for counselors and others who work with jobseekers. If you want to talk with some of the company reps, or want to see how the software platform works, this would be a good way to do that, while helping us test things out.

So, prior to 2 pm on Wednesday (earlier the better), REGISTER HERE for Test Run

If you don’t already have an account, you can quickly create one. 

A couple of things when signing up 

  1) For the question of: What type of position(s) are you looking for?  Put in “Work with jobseekers in X” (where X is community colleges, WDB’s, High Schools, or whatever type of organization you’re in). 

  2) If you can and don’t mind, upload your resume. That will give the companies an idea of what that feature will look like.

Then on Wednesday at 2 pm, go back to the website above, and browse through the booths, and chat with companies.
