AzLA MPLA Representative
AzLA needs you! Join the Executive Board and benefit libraries and library staff across Arizona.
The Elections Committee is currently soliciting nominations for the following positions:
• President-elect (2023-2026)
• Treasurer (2023-2025)
• ALA Councilor (2023-2026)
• Central Region Representative (2023-2025) – Must reside in Gila, Maricopa, Pinal, or Yavapai County
Please see the attachment for details about each of the available positions. Elections will take place in the last two weeks of September and results will be announced during our annual conference in October.
Candidates must have been a member of the Association for the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the election. Both self-nominations and nominations of others are welcome!
The deadline to submit nominations is August 23, 2023. Please submit a brief candidate bio statement and headshot online at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9NQJHHZ.
