URGENT REGULATORY UPDATE: Expanded Enforcement Discretion Post EPA National Fuel Waiver 4/15/26

In response to the updated National Emergency Fuel Waiver issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on April 13, 2026, the Arizona Department of Agriculture,Office of Weights and Measures (OWM) has issued a revised Enforcement Discretion Directive.

This update addresses critical supply challenges by expanding flexibility for fuel blending and distribution across the state.

 Please find the full Enforcement Discretion Letter attached for your records. OWM continues to prioritize fuel supply stability while maintaining our commitment to consumer protection and fuel quality standards.
