Windows 10 Issues in installing Open FTA

For my study would like to use OpenFTA. I use Windows 10, 32 bit OS. 

Download OpenFTA and try to install, but it shows java Exception ArrayIndexOutofBound

is there any solution for overcome this..??

I too would like to use OpenFTA on a windows 10 machine (64 bit OS).  But there is a problem with the installer.
1) When the install program starts, if soon gives a Java error message, one hits Close, and then a popup asks if you want to continue with compatibility setting. 
2) Hits this tab, and the program continues with the pre-install questions. 
3) At at the end of the pre-install and before actual installation, it hangs - no progress is noted, but no error messages.
4) At this point, one can hit Cancel in the lower left-hand corner and then select Resume in the popup box. The installer then lights the "install" icon.
5) Again the process hangs, with no progress or error messages. 
6) Continuing the above process in item 4 above (Cancel/Resume) does not help, and there are not error messages to indicate the problem.
7) If you totally quit the install (Cancel/Quit) and try to install again, it does not give the original error message, goes to item 3 above and acts the same under the listed actions.

Any solutions?  Thank you!

A year and a half later, I am experiencing the same thing.

I wonder if the paid version has the same support response time.
