Attention!

Tonight's clean up plan
6:45pm - meet outside the old Mason's Lodge (305 E Atlantic Ave)

7:00pm - we're moving, cleaning the parade route

I'd like to do this in groups:

Group 1: Mr. Flagg, Thomas, and Killian will start at Hampshire towards Washington Terrace and work their way towards W Pine.

Group 2: Mr. Matthews, Mr. Dromgoole, Kaitlyn, and Daniel take Cubs/families to start at Princeton to Amherst to Pine and work towards the Pike (without crossing over)

Group 3: Mr. Machinsky, Joe, Emma, Bradyen, and Alex will take the west side of Pine (the school side of the Pike) to work towards the High School eventually meeting up with Group #1.

If Group 2 is comfortable crossing the Pike, can use a vehicle to meet up with Group #2 heading towards the High School (if needed).
All adults can communicate via cell.

Splitting up this way, we should be able to knock it out within an hour.
Please bring a trash bag per scout.

Tomorrow morning, July 4th
7:30AM - meet on Princeton Rd (NOT Harvard) per the instructions we were given (see below). We'll meet at check-in which is the corner of Princeton and Amherst.

7:45AM SHARP - we'll begin lining up on Princeton (we're last so we'll move to the back of Princeton near the Pike)

8:15AM SHARP- the parade kicks off and starts moving, ending at the Rec on Hampshire.

Let me know if you have questions or concerns. See you tonight!
