at_tools caught my eye

Hey atsign-foundation,

I was scrolling through GitHub and landed on at_tools. Had a look around and it's genuinely neat.

25 stars feels off for something this useful. Usually that's a 'nobody's seen it' problem, not a quality one.

I help people get their repos in front of real developers  actual stars, forks and users, not bots or bought numbers.

Want me to send a couple of ideas for at_tools?
