Kivaa viikkoa! Välillä elämä pudottaa tielle pelkkiä niitä kuuluisia sitruunoita, ja silloin voi kaivaa esille kivoja, inspiroivia mietelauseita. Tänään allekirjoittanut haki inspiraatiota Nalle Puhista, ja sieltähän sitaattien keskeltä löytyikin timantti juuri näihin hetkiin: "People say nothing's impossible, but I do nothing everyday." Jes. Muistakaa kuitenkin, rakkaat, että on ihan fine aloittaa viikko tälläisellakin energialla! Ja Kari Tapion sanoin "Myrskyn jälkeen on poutasää..." Tuuli- ja aurinkovoimalla tuotettiin 30.1% käytetystä sähköstä, fossiilisilla polttoaineilla 29.0%, ja loput tuotettiin vesi- ja ydinvoimalla. Tämä on tutkijoiden mukaan suuri keikahduspiste. Telegram Tervetuloa aloittamaan aikido! Helsingin yliopiston aikidoseura Seitokain ja Aalto Aikikain kevään peruskurssi alkaa maanantaina 26.1. klo 17.00 Porthanian kellarikerroksen liikuntasalin aulassa (Yliopistonkatu 3). Yleisesittelyn jälkeen pidetään kurssin ensimmäiset treenit klo 17.30 alkaen. Peruskurssi on ilmainen ja kestää kuusi viikkoa. Treenit pidetään maanantaisin klo 17.30–19.00 ja perjantaisin klo 17.15–18.45 Porthanian kellarikerroksen liikuntasalissa. Mikäli et pääse aloituskerralla paikalle, voit liittyä mukaan peruskurssille kahden ensimmäisen viikon ajan. Peruskurssin jälkeen voit osallistua treeneihin Porthaniassa ja/tai Otaniemessä. Aikido on haastava ja kiinnostava japanilainen budolaji, jossa oppii monipuolisesti koordinaatio- ja kehonhallintataitoja. Treenien ohessa pääsee tutustumaan muihin opiskelijoihin yli tiedekuntarajojen. Seitokaissa järjestetään säännöllisesti leirejä, saunailtoja ja muuta ohjelmaa. Peruskurssi ei vaadi ennakkotaitoja, kunto ja osaaminen kasvavat kyllä harjoittelun myötä. Wind and solar power generated 30.1% of the electricity used, fossil fuels 29.0%, and the rest was generated by hydro and nuclear power. According to researchers, this is a major tipping point. He currently leads a research group at Aalto University and is the author of the book Cloud Empires: How Digital Platforms Are Overtaking the State and How We Can Regain Control, among other works.
