AALTOJäynä’s Wappu ferry to Ullis
Want to avoid traffic crowds on Wappu day and enjoy the fresh sea breeze and great company? The Wappu ferry organized by Jäynä will take you straight from Otaranta to Ullanlinnanmäki and back! Just hop on board and admire the Baltic Sea views and festive wappu atmosphere.

AYY's community section Aava and KY's culture section KUJ will travel to Turku together on May 7 to participate in the riverboat pub crawl AATU. This relaxing event will give you time to enjoy the beauty of the historical Aurajokiranta area, the blossoming of spring, great company and refreshing refreshments.
The legendary Senior bus returns, organized by Aava’s Masters Committee! The Senior bus leaves right after the end of the pub crawl, before the afterparty - so you can go home to sleep earlier (or have your own afterparty in Otaniemi ). The Masters Committee will organize entertaining activities suitable for the age group.
The regular ticket includes a later return bus and an afterparty at Fuusio, where the rock band Uniklubi will perform!
Tickets are available on Aava's Kide.app. Pick up your ticket at the preparty in Saha (Konemiehentie 3) between 11:00 and 12:00 before boarding the bus.

PM's EU policy speech on campus 8 May, 2 pm
Prime Minister Petteri Orpo will give his EU policy keynote and a discussion session at Aalto University’s campus on Fri 8 May 2026, 14:00–15:00. Students are welcome to listen and then join the discussion, where they can ask the Prime Minister EU-related questions. The event is in Finnish.
