[Public Notice] SR 24/25-111 Contract Vote

Hello all,

This message serves as official public notice in accordance with ASUCBL 2105: Contracts and ASUCBL 1205 and 1230: Inter-Semester Committee procedures.

The ASUC Senate is conducting an electronic vote on the following item:

Senate Resolution No. 2024/2025-111 Approving the Memorandum of Understanding Between the ASUC Berkeley Student Media and UC Berkeley Public Affairs

This resolution approves an agreement allowing UC Berkeley Public Affairs to utilize space currently overseen by ASUC Berkeley Student Media in the MLK building.

Due to the time-sensitive nature of this matter, the vote is being conducted electronically per Article III-A, Section 11 of the ASUC Constitution. Voting will conclude either 48 hours after this notice is issued or once quorum is met.
