Dear Colleagues, 

This email serves as public notice of the posting of Operational Policy SPACES-002, "ASUC Administered Spaces Delegated Keycard Access." While the procedures outlined in this policy have been de-facto standard procedure since before my term began, I wanted to ensure transparency going forward in how keycard requests for ASUC administered spaces are processed. 

Pursuant to ASUCBL 1111, this Operational Policy will formally take effect on May 4th, seventy-two hours after it is publicly posted. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
