Please forward this message to anyone you think would be interested in taking the following course remotely. The course is primarily on controlled source methods, but also includes the basics of MT, VLF and AFMAG.

Course in Electrical and Electromagnetic Methods

The Mineral Exploration Research Centre and the Harquail School of Earth Sciences at Laurentian University are offering a course focused on Electrical and Electromagnetic methods.  This course can be taken by industry professionals, and by students (either undergraduate or graduate, as it is “cross-listed”).  This course is offered in the Fall semester -- September 7 to December 23, 2026.  Students can attend in a classroom in the Willet Green Miller Centre (Sudbury, Ontario), or they can participate remotely, either at the same time as the other participants (synchronously), or asynchronously (to accommodate any participants in other time zones).
