Dear Members,

I would like to remind everyone to be mindful of how we communicate within the ASEG SEGMIN group.

This forum is intended to be a constructive and professional space for sharing relevant information and engaging in discussions that are of value to the broader membership. While differing views and healthy debate are welcome, all communication should remain respectful, measured, and considerate of others on the list.

If a discussion becomes highly specific, repetitive, or personal in nature, please continue it directly with the relevant individual(s) rather than sending repeated messages to the full group. This helps keep the forum focused, useful, and respectful for all members.

We have received feedback that the tone and frequency of certain exchanges can at times become disruptive to the group. To maintain a positive and productive environment, all members are asked to exercise discretion in what is shared with the full mailing list and to ensure that correspondence remains professional and courteous at all times.

Please note that continued use of the group in a manner that is disruptive, excessively repetitive, or inconsistent with respectful professional conduct may result in moderation action, including temporary suspension of posting privileges by those members where necessary.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping maintain the value of this forum for all participants.

Kind regards
