Student Application Checklist Portal

Our Admissions department is looking for a checklist portal where the applicants can submit their application and check the status/progress or missing paperwork. Does your institution use any such platforms and if so would you mind sharing the pros and cons of the solution you are using?

I don’t believe our university has such a platform, at least at the  graduate level where I teach.

If you are a Banner client the Recruit product does this, although I’ve gotten anecdotal evidence that Slate does it better.

ETSU began using TargetX about 2 years ago. It is a full CRM system that I believe runs in Salesforce and integrates with Banner.  It does what you describe plus also adds other communications tools.  If you would like more information this, I can probably connect you with someone in our graduate school who has experience in configuring and working with this tool.
