Arxiv API does not return newer submitted papers than 30-08

Hey all, 

First of all thanks for offering this API, its amazing resource for the open source community! I

n my personal project i'm trying to load the latest papers but it does not show new papers since 30-08. If i go to the website i see papers newer than that (like 03-09). What im I missing?

Example of query not returning new entities:  curl "http://export.arxiv.org/api/query?search_query=all:Artificial+Intelligence&sortBy=submittedDate&sortOrder=descending

It's likely the case that the API's build process didn't complete last night due to the size of the previous day's mailing. I suspect after tonight's mailing it will have caught up. If not, we can rebuild the api's indexes tomorrow morning (so please do let us know).
