Hi!

For example, this article - https://arxiv.org/abs/2501.07582 - in computer science is tagged as new but was published on December 29, 2024. I also recently found an article in the new section that was published on December 4, 2024.

Maybe I'm missing something...

Also, is there a specific UTC time when all articles scheduled for a given day are published?
