Request for arXiv API Rate Limit Increase

Dear arXiv API Team,

My name is Sergio Cuenca, from Axiomatic_AI (https://axiomatic-ai.com). On behalf of our team, I am writing to request a rate limit increase for our use of the arXiv API.

We are integrating arXiv into Lemma (https://axiomatic-ai.com/products/lemma/), an AI-powered platform for scientists and engineers. The current limit of 3 requests per second has become a bottleneck for our use case, and we would like to request an increase to approximately 100 requests per second.

We are happy to comply with any requirements needed to support this request to get an API Key.
