Reporting errors; author & submitter IDs; proxies; "primary" category

Howdy all.

1. Is there a good way to (bulk) report errors?

For example:

* keyname `c`: https://arxiv.org/abs/0705.1896 (author's name should actually end with ć, i.e. Dmitrašinović)
* keyname `;` (spurious; extra `;` in some of the affiliation fields):

  * https://arxiv.org/abs/0704.0307 (affiliations also failed to parse and assign correctly)
  * https://arxiv.org/abs/0704.3204
  * https://arxiv.org/abs/0704.3454

2. Can I get author & submitter IDs from the bulk API?

(I'm using https://export.arxiv.org/oai2?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=arXiv.)

3. What is the proxy field?

E.g. `ccsd hal-00139496` on https://arxiv.org/abs/0704.0335

4. Which is the "primary" category in the bulk API?

Is it just the first item in the categories string?

Is any part of the ordering semantic, other than the first?

When there's a parenthetical "(Primary)" or "(Secondary)", e.g. https://arxiv.org/abs/0704.0086, does that always follow the tagged category? https://arxiv.org/abs/0704.0257 seems to suggest no.

Are the unmarked ones tertiary, part of the marked (e.g. all primary or all secondary, with only the boundary ones marked), or just unspecified?
