Assessment comparison information

Good afternoon

We are doing some internal work at Saint Louis University Libraries and part of that involves getting comparison information related to assessment.

If you are willing to answer a brief 6 question survey, we would appreciate it. We realize these are broad questions and any examples of specific projects or specific areas like space, service, instruction are helpful. 

The questions are:

2. Who has responsibilities for assessment at your library?
3. What methods do you use for assessment? 
4. How often do you conduct assessment?
5. How and with whom do you share your assessment results?
