The Assessment & Quality Assurance unit at the University of Pittsburgh Library System is hiring an Assessment Specialist to join our team.

This professional staff role focuses on conducting user research, maintaining and improving the unit's data infrastructure, and building assessment capacity across the library through training, collaboration, and consultation.

We are seeking candidates with experience in research methods, assessment, or a related field, along with proficiency in data analysis tools and a strong interest in evidence-based decision-making in academic libraries.
