Question about DEI work and stipends

Good afternoon, 

I know that this might be slightly outside the assessment realm, but am curious to know if other institutions have given stipends to people who serve in additional diversity, equity, and inclusion capacities in their libraries-- whether that is in the form of a council, committee, etc. Happy to hear any information or contexts!
