In memory of Elaine Sykes

Dear Colleagues,

Elaine Sykes, Head of Open Research at Lancaster University Library, passed away unexpectedly last week. I met Elaine through her work on the LLAMA/Core Library Assessment Repository project where she contributed heavily to the Library Assessment Fundamentals Guide. Elaine was also on the Organising Committee for LibPMC, the sister conference to the Library Assessment Conference.

Condolences may be shared through her library's website.
