Bibliometrics, specifically turn-away data

A fellow colleague and I are requesting your feedback on work using ‘turn away’ data – in whatever form you receive it.
Specifically, if there is anyone with a particular process for using it and/or developed metric for determining its influence on your collections decisions, I would really appreciate your sharing this. If you have used data or reporting from GitHub or Zenodo, let us know!
Any process used or your views on veracity of numbers received – anything you may be working with currently.
I appreciate your time and responses – happy to summarize and share to the group as well!
