Emory Libraries are evaluating options for surveying our users. Traditionally, we have relied upon an in-house, custom survey. For a variety of reasons, we are evaluating alternatives and would like to hear from you regarding your experience and satisfaction with third party solutions. What survey do you use? How long have you used it? Are you generally satisfied with the survey? What are the primary benefits and primary issues you have with the survey you use?
