Good morning all, and please excuse the cross-postings.

I'm not sure if this falls into the type of assessment covered in the scope of this email list but I thought I would ask.

Has anyone considered attempting to assess AI-generated content in ebooks? A colleague spotted a new mention of it in Gobi, and I suspect this will become more prevalent. If you or your colleagues are responsible for selecting content for your general collections, is this a consideration? Thoughts on selection criteria, incorporating the metadata into the catalog, and/or library workshops to inform patrons?

Springer allows for searching a term on their platform, but I'm not sure how accurate it is, or if the filtering options have been codified.

Thanks and I look forward to your comments.

Dear all, it seems an embedded image did not come through. I am resending with an image attachment.

Kind regards,
