We recently moved Estimates (from Sales & Get Paid) to Customer Hub to better align it with how many customers are tracking and managing their leads and opportunities today.
As an active user of estimates, we are informing you of this change so that you may more easily navigate the changes in the product and help your workflow:

Estimates (which now support up-front deposits) are more adjacent to your Leads in QuickBooks so that you can easily track their status through your sales pipeline.

Leads List (for Essentials plan and above only) allows you to track your potential new clients through the sales lifecycle (inquiry, discovery, negotiation, won) and with Customer Agent (available in Plus plans and up) you can automatically track leads coming into your Outlook or Gmail inbox.

Opportunities List & Board View (for Essentials plan and above only) empower you to manage your sales lifecycle in a simple and streamlined way, simplifying the number of tools you need to get leads and close deals.

Proposals (beta) allows you to take estimates to the next level with images, testimonials, and e-signature.
We’ve streamlined all of these features into Customer Hub so that you can easily keep a pulse on your growing business.
