Coming Soon:

A New Payment Option for Your Invoices -
Affirm Buy Now, Pay Later

Dear valued Intuit customer,
At Intuit, we are constantly striving to give you access to the tools your business needs to succeed.  As part of this mission, we recently announced a new partnership with Affirm, to introduce Buy Now, Pay Later as a new payment option on QuickBooks invoices. This gives your customers more flexibility to pay over time, while you get paid upfront. See press release.
Giving your customers a Buy Now, Pay Later option can help you get paid faster and cut down on unpaid invoices—without changing how you send invoices in QuickBooks.
Key benefits of Affirm Buy Now, Pay Later:
You receive payment from Affirm upfront, helping to pull forward cash flow.
Spend less time on collections. Affirm handles all payment collection, follow-ups and assumes the repayment risk from your customers.
No setup required. Affirm will automatically appear as a payment option on your invoices and Affirm manages the payment process with your customers.
Get paid fast. Get paid just as fast as other payment types (credit card, ACH).
Customers pay Affirm over time. Your customers enjoy flexible payment terms with no late or hidden fees, and no repayment risk to you.
Affordable rates. Pay standard QuickBooks payment processing rates.
Affirm will be enabled on a rolling basis starting as early as next month. We will notify eligible QuickBooks customers when it is enabled in their QuickBooks Account.
If you do not want Affirm enabled for you in your QuickBooks account, you can opt-out of Affirm by emailing us at quickbooksaf...@intuit.com with the words “I Decline” by September 1, 2026. In the future, you will be able to change whether Affirm is enabled in your Payments settings.
As a reminder, under our terms of service we may share information about you and your business with third party providers like Affirm to facilitate their services. If you do not want your information shared with Affirm, please follow the email opt-out instructions above.
