We cannot display recent transactions for this account because the connection has expired. PNC requires that you reauthorize the connection with them (350). Note: For security reasons, some financial institutions impose time limits when authorizing connections to software, causing those connections to QuickBooks to expire. An authorized account holder may need to reauthorize several times a year. How do I fix it? In Transactions > Bank transactions, select the connected account to see an “expired connection” message. Follow the link to reauthorize the connection to your financial institution. What happens next? Once the account is reauthorized, QuickBooks will attempt to download any transactions that were missed when the connection expired. | |
