Make Font bigger

1. Interface-scaling does not scale the menu font or dialogues such as Preferences. How about adding an option to change the font sizes for those?

2. The main menu items do not have enough space between items. Compare the menu to that of Windows Notepad. You see that Arduino IDE's menu items are very crammed. This makes it even worse to read, which is already difficult to read due to its small font size.
