Question about Arduino IDE pop up window

Hi 

I have a simple question : can we cancel the pop up window when using Arduino command line interface on mac? When I upload through the command line, the window will pop up and interrupt my work every time...

This is what I type in command  line :

/Applications/Arduino.app/Contents/MacOS/Arduino --upload /home/example.ino

And this is how the pop up window looks like:

Have you filed a ticket on this? I'm interested in trying to fix it.
