Hi all,

Not sure if there is anyone still active on this page, but I was curious if others are having any issues with DART after upgrading to Windows 11?  I'm unsure whether the issue is with my computer (we've been experiencing problems with several programs since the update) or a Dart issue.  When I look at the bag, I see three data folders, all of which appear to be the same.

Any insight would be great.  Thanks!

Hi Tara,

Yes, this list is active! Just quiet.

I haven't heard of anyone reporting that issue before. Could you let me know if you are using the same instance you had before upgrading? Or is this a fresh install of the latest production version?

Thanks!
Nathan

Thanks, Nathan.  Same instance of DART (Version: DART 2.0.22 with Node.js v16.15.0 for win32-x64-10.0.22631), but we were just upgraded to Windows 11. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks!

Hi Tara,

We have successfully run DART to make bags on win 11 and have never seen this issue. Can you tell us the steps that might allow us to recreate this issue? It sounds like there might be an issue on your end though. Does every new DART job create three data folders? Do they have different foldernames or are the data folders parents/children of each other?
Best,

Kieran

Kieran,

I think I realized my issue.  I am no longer using a folder on my local C Drive called "DART" but instead it was pointing to an output folder on a networked drive.  When I just did a quick test which kept my output folder on my local drive it worked fine.

I will do some more testing tomorrrow and will report back if I replicate the issue.

Sorry about that. I didn't catch the change to a network drive until now.

Best,

Tara
