Hello APTrust Members,

As part of the NAT gateway removals, some emergent behaviours arose around MFA that were not detected in testing. Those who were using MFA and attempted to login to Registry would have been unable to complete the transaction. This was detected yesterday morning, and the ability to login using SMS ( text) based MFA was restored. However, currently Authy is still not available, and we do not yet have a timeline on that fix.

What this means:
If you have MFA, please select the SMS text based method to receive a text with your 6 digit pin. If you have been using Authy, you are already set up to use the text based method, and do not need to change anything.

Please keep ingesting data! It is roaring along with 1.6TB deposited in the last 48 hours, in spite of the 5 hour downtime!

Best,
