Adapting to ADA Title II Updates (APTrust)

Greetings, APTrust members and friends.

The Department of Justice finalized new rules regarding accessibility and Title II in April 2024. These changes may significantly impact libraries' delivery of digital content. Irina Rogova, VCU's Digital Initiatives Librarian, recently discussed these changes on the APTrust Slack and Discussions mailing list, and there was sufficient interest in scheduling a call. Irina will facilitate the session on February 21, 1-2 pm Eastern, which is meant to share information and exchange ideas about complying with the new rules. The Zoom details are below.
