Hello all,

Apologies for crossposting, you may see this message on other lists you are subscribed to.

Educopia is offering
free 30-minute Transitions Office Hours from April 13 to 24, open to any organization working through change. These sessions are designed for the moments that don't always make it onto the agenda, like the funding cliff that's quietly approaching, the leadership shift that's moving faster than your structures can absorb, the governance model that made sense three years ago but creates friction now, or the program whose energy has faded and whose future is unclear.

You don't need to have your situation figured out to show up. Bring a question, a tension, or a challenge you haven't quite been able to name yet. That's exactly what these sessions are for!

You'll meet one-on-one with a member of Educopia's consulting team — practitioners with deep experience supporting nonprofits, member networks, and collaborative initiatives through funding uncertainty, governance restructuring, leadership change, and organizational wind-downs. In your 30 minutes, you can expect a focused conversation tailored to your situation, a few concrete next steps or tools to take away, and honest guidance about where to go if your challenge needs more time or deeper support than a single session can offer.

These sessions are free and open to all, no prior connection to Educopia needed.
