Today we've released version 2.1.0 of DART. This release includes a number of fixes and new features.
The features that will be of interest to most users are:
* Support for creating and uploading untarred bags.
* Support for upload-only jobs.
* Smart retry of failed uploads.
* Integration with APTrust's Registry.
