Demo System Upgrade & AWS Outage

Hello APTrusters,
We've finished upgrading the database for our demo system. However, Amazon Web Services is currently experiencing a major outage in the US East region.
If you're using two-factor authentication, you won't be able to get into Pharos until Amazon resolves its problems.
Unless the outage persists, we're still planning on upgrading our production databases tomorrow. We'll send another message tomorrow about the status of that upgrade.
