Wishing You a Restful Holiday Season

Dear APTrust community,
As the year comes to a close, we want to wish you a wonderful holiday season and time for well-deserved rest and relaxation. However you mark this time of year, we hope it brings space to pause, reconnect, and recharge. We also want to share an important scheduling note:
APTrust offices will be closed from December 22 through January 2.
During this time, staff will be offline, and email responses will resume when offices reopen on January 5.
We’ve also shared a short holiday reflection on the APTrust blog, “The Gift of Time: Why Preservation Is a Long-Term Commitment.” The post reflects on the future-focused nature of digital preservation and the care and patience that practitioners across our community bring to this work every day.
We’re grateful for the thoughtfulness, collaboration, and steady commitment you bring to digital stewardship throughout the year. This work is often quiet and behind the scenes, but it matters deeply, and it’s made possible by the people who do it with care.
