Announcing Apptainer 1.4.1

Apptainer 1.4.1 is now available. This is a bug fix release. The
most significant fixes are for making the libsubid feature to work
as advertised in 1.4.0, fixing the user id with instance startup when
using winbind, and reducing cpu & memory usage when importing from
docker-daemon or docker-archive. For complete details see:
